The changes in GEOT-1981 broke OnlineTestSupport, because JUnit 4 never calls
run(). Guess I should have written that OnlineTestSupportTest after all. ;-)
A little refactoring is required, to expose Justin's new functionality to the
delegate used in the JUnit4 adapter.
