GeoTiffReader does not correctly handle InputStream sources

The GeoTiff reader cannot handle InputStreams. In the constructor, InputStreams
are explicitly handled but at least for the GeoTiff I used, the reading fails.
Proposed solution: Directly throw a RuntimeException when the constructor is
called with an InputStream. Add a comment to the javadoc why InputStream cannot
be used.
