TextSymbolizer2 defines 4 extra properties. They were ignored when the Style
was duplicated using the DuplicatingStyleVisitor. Also were they ignored when
transforming to XML. They were implemented in parsing the SLD though
The attached patch contains 2 tests against DuplicatingStyleVisitor and
SLDTransformer. They ensure the TS2 properties can be correctly set,
duplicated, saved and loaded again.
