Okay; apparently the RC Notice has come as a surprise. This was not my intension; indeed I am a bit annoyed that some plugins are still not passing intensive tests and are not ready for a release candidate. I have been up front with my intension to make a release candidate; but may be able to get by with a milestone release if the community feels they are not ready or have not been given enough notice.
