When accessing mosaics with ImageMosaicReader, it would be useful to allow
specifying a ThreadPoolExecutor instance (through hints when getting the
reader) to be used when doing multithreading read. By this way, the
ThreadPoolExecutor creation and shutdown is no more entrusted to the
ImageMosaic plugin and it is no more related to the ImageMosaic's lifecycle. It
can be managed from the outside.
