Attributes and features in complex features land are still validated by default.
This is problematic for a number of reasons:
- the geotools general filosophy is to try and cope with improperly setup data
- complex features can temporarily be in an invalid state during construction
- data wrangling and rendering might need to deal with incomplete features for
performance or processing reasons
