What is your confluence id? And did you configure xircles to know about it. I 
should be able to force your confluence id to have access; but do check if 
xircles is set up correctly 1st.

So once we have this proposal ready to your liking; we can call a vote on it; I 
am mostly helping you out with the process - we need to ensure we have enough 
volunteers listed on that page before annoying the email list with a vote.
