Parsing something like
"myAttribute" > 10
results in OGC Filter where the attribute name is "\"myAttribute\"", that is,
in other words, the double quotes are not removed.
This can be easily seen in CQLAttributeNameTest.keywordsAsAttributes, the
resulting PropertyName still has the double quotes in.
