Hmmm... ideally we could just move CommonFactoryFinder to api but it seems
to drag along quite a few dependent classes also in main. Following the
graph down I got to AbstractFeatureFactoryImpl which brings in a bunch of
the feature implementation classes. I doubt moving back Query into main will
be much easier.

The only other thing i can think of which is a bit of a hack would be to add
the dependency on FilterFactory but access CommonFactoryFinder to actually
load one via reflection. Since FIlterFactory lives in opengis there should
be no problem. And since api never lives in isolation without main this
would never really end up being a problem.
