As the current release of GeoTools keep connection poolig deeply hidden, it
appears difficult (or in some cases impossible) to change database version
(like Oracle versioning). It appears necessary to have on JDBCFeatureStore a
convenience method that would call a version change request on all pooled
connections ( that are unaccessible/invisible for external application).
