GetFeature info support for layers cascaded from older versions of geoserver
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-3383
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-3383
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: ext wms
    Affects Versions: 2.7-beta1
            Reporter: Ivan Grcic
            Assignee: Jody Garnett
            Priority: Minor

Older versions of geoservers (i guess versions under 2.0) require STYLES
parameter to be included in gfi request.

If parameter is not there service exception is thrown, making cascading
unusable for older geoserver version.
{ServiceException={null=1 layers requested, but found 0 styles specified. Since
SLD parameter is not yet implemented, the STYLES parameter is mandatory and
MUST have exactly one value per requested layer,
code=org.vfny.geoserver.wms.requests.GetMapKvpReader}, version=1.1.1}

This is the same issue as commit 26930 where LAYERS parameter was added to gfi.
(LAYERS parameter is actually not required, but geoserver still needs it gfi
request)

Should we support older versions of geoserver?
If not, we can close this issue. If yes, I can come up with a patch.
