I added a section to
http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTDOC/Filter#Filter-XPathsandNamespaces
Do you think that is all right?

It is a wiki; you can make a good spot.
Still we have broken things down by module a bit so we should be able
to find the area that talks about filters and expressions.
The idea would be to an example showing how use use an xpath
propertyName expression.
Let me look for a good spot:
- http://docs.codehaus.org/display/GEOTDOC/Filter+Examples
With respect to docs; I try to keep the bar really low - at a single
code example. We did introduce sphinx documentation a while back; but
thus far it has not seen widespread use by the development community.

Hi Niels:
I was checking the geotools proposals list; and saw your proposal still in
place. I have moved it to 2.7.x (so it is slotted into the correct release).
Could I ask you to update the proposal contents (who voted what; and what tasks
were finished).

I am especially interested in how your migration to filterfactory2 goes; and
updating the docs.
Jody
Correct me if I am wrong but I don't really see any docs that need
updating? Only the javadocs seem to be affected.
