In updating developers docs I had a chance to check the root pom.xml for any
SNAPSHOTS we are using.
Thus far, with the removal of geoapi, we are down to:

<groupId>jfree</groupId>
<artifactId>eastwood</artifactId>
<version>1.1.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
</dependency>
Do we have any chance of using a stable release? I expect the previous releases
went out the door with this snapshot opening the door to releasing code that
will not build in the future?
