The actual CustomPaletteBuilder doesn't make any check on the input number of
bands.
When setting up the palette's node it simply takes rgb[0], rgb[1], and rgb[2].
Being a gray image, a single band image, there is no rgb[1], rgb[2]... We
should add more checks and logics to deal with gray images.
