Time to register a new bug, for GeoTools 2.0.0 if you can believe it. The SDO
class makes reference to CoordianteAccess and CoordianteAccessFactory. These
are extensions of the JTS CoordinateSequenceFactory idea (indeed they are the
motivation for the change to JTS).
While I was able to rescue the SDO code for the GeoTools project; apparently I
forgot to grab the implementation. Checking back in our tagged 2.0.0 release
shows that it is not present :-(
Simone Greener has sent a couple private emails on this topic; I am going to
try and bash out a quick implementation so he can test.
