Move Geometries enum from main to api module

The Geometries enum is used to identify JTS Geometry types with less
boiler-plate code. It's presently sitting in the main module in
org.geotools.geometry.jts package. I propose to move it into the api module,
but keep it in the same package, so that it can be used by the JTS utility
class.
No patch because svn doesn't like moving classes that way.
