Running a feature type (e.g. slake:ReservoirMonitoringPoint which have a second
name space required (sa:sampledFeature) without defining the sa namespace.xml
and workspace.xml in the workspace folder, getting empty feedback from
geoserver without any error reporting back from geoserver.
