Right; that is where I am assembling the "new" docs.

To make this conversation short:

- I need a code example of connecting to arcsde (perhaps I can find one in test 
cases?)
- I think you could ask me to remove a lot of the geoserver docs from those 
pages (as I doubt they apply anymore?)
