Yeah the changes are pretty straight forward. Essentially instead of
uplodaing the .zip files into the home directory on the web server, put them
in a directory called "latest" or "stable". And adjust the update script
accordingly. This would prevent any conflicts with simultaneous uploads
which I think is what is causing the problems.
