While looking at GEOT-3509 I noticed two problems with conversion of world
coordinates to grid coordinates in VectorToRasterProcess:
- It uses its own calculation which can differ from that later used by
GridCoverage2D.evaluate method.
- If expanded bounds are provided, e.g. to ensure that all rasterized features
are contained in the output grid, the setBounds method shrinks them to the
feature bounds, defeating the purpose.
