Re datastore tutorial: Questions:
  - should I be working in trunk?
  - I see /docs/user/tutorial/advanced/datastore.txt -- is that the one 
you're talking about?
  - I see CSVDataStore.java (and others) also under docs/src/main -- is 
that the relevant java? How is that 'unsupported'? Just trying to 
understand the basics...
  - I see the name 'jive' as the author in svn -- is that you? Is there 
a list of svn usernames somewhere?
