I was just looking at this; the documents currently contain a review.apt file
(which was only useful when we were making "mvn site"). I think we should
consider migrating to "review.txt" using sphinx notation? what do you think?

The nice thing is (and this is on purpose) if you do the work you get supported
status. Way back when we asked for a code review from
PMC members so they could see what you are up to. Has that happened? Or does
you being on the PMC get you out of that one :D ?
