Ben I was previously listing all the stuff we keep around in the wiki for each
release (I was not proposing we move all of it the user guide - which would be
crazy).
To sum up it looks like we can make the following
changes:
- move upgrade information to user guide (above)
- move release page to blog post only (will actually be less work for person
make release)
