As a follow up to GEOT-3624 and Simone's cleaning up of unused modules.
The last use of the unsupported/postgis module is as a base for the
unsupported/postgis-versioned module. As such I have merged the two; taking
care to merge the review.apt files and pom.xml files so everything is in order.
This should give walter a self contained starting point for working on
versioned postgis; while at the same time functioning for a couple geoserver
demos.
