First of all great work; your performance sounds pretty good considering the
source.
I'm also want to write a small tutorial to show how EFeature

You are welcome to starting working on the tutorial; if you can submit the
first draft to me via a JIRA issue. Ideally I would like this to be located
in tutorials/advanced (where we keep topics such as integration out of the
way so they do not scare off those new to the project).
You can use one of the other tutorials there as an example - in general we
try for:
1) one big long page people can print out
2) consistent tool for drawing class diagrams (objectaid)
3) diagrams drawn in svg (usually inkscape) with an exported image file for
the docs
It is a bit tricky to set up sphinx but the details are in the developers
guide.

smooth run of eclipse:eclipse. With this in mind:
mvn eclipse:eclipse -Dall -Pefeature
The efeature profile is *not* activated by the -Dall flag and thus will not
disturb the nightly build box (alowing you to code in peace).
