In military environments the CADRG RPFTOC files are very common. Currently
geoserver does not support this because of the missing link between GDAL and
geotools within the imageio-ext-gdal plugin. I have made the modifications to
imageio-ext to support this and submitted a patch. The patch for imageio-ext is
included for completeness. (The pom.xml currently gets the imageio-ext.jar with
the patch (not from a repository))
