The Coverage module defines a org.geotools.image.ImageLayout2
The jai-tools jt-utils module defines a jaitools.imageutils.ImageLayout2 class
which has the same implementation.
Since coverage now depends on jaitools utils, we could remove the coverage's
class in favor of the jai-tools one.
