Btw, for the CRS lab you probably want to enable the "advanced projection handlign" in the renderer, it will improve quite a bit the rendering of projections whose definition area is "small" compared to the world. Does not work with all projections, but transverse mercator and stereographic are covered (and more could be added) Add this among the renderer params: rendererParams.put(StreamingRenderer.ADVANCED_PROJECTION_HANDLING_KEY, true); and if you want the world to be wrapped google style, this one too: rendererParams.put(StreamingRenderer.CONTINUOUS_MAP_WRAPPING, true); Hmmm... the first has been added when the new experimental functionality was added, but I guess that in the new 8 series we just have it on by default... Btw, in the following weeks I'll also work on automatic long straight line densification previous to reprojection, so that we can get curved lines out of reprojecting meridians and parallels without having to add extra ponts in the original geometry (the renderer will estimate the amount of extra points needed and add them on the fly).
