If no BGCOLOR is ever specified, we have different behaviors in those two
methods: one leaves BGCOLOR as null, the other ends up with BGCOLOR = new
Color(255,255,255,0). Either Fill.DEFAULT should not specify this default
BGCOLOR (and leave it null) or StyleFactoryImpl.getDefaultFill() should take
Fill.DEFAULT into consideration when creating the Fill object.
A patch is provided with a test case indicating the error.
