ShapefileReader does not return null on null shapefile records

ShapefileReader returns a POINT (NaN, NaN) (in case of point shapefiles) when
the type of the shapefile record is ShpType.NULL. This last code means that
there is no geometry for that record.
I attach a patch with a proposed fix and a test case that writes a null
geometry but obtains a non-null one.
I've tested it on trunk and all shapefile tests cases work.
