Adding "Dissolve" to unsupported gt-process-feature model

In simple a "Dissolve" is an aggregate function that takes a set of features
(geometries and attributes) sorts and groups by a common attributes and unions
the groups into a set of single features.
The grouped geometries of the features which become aggregated by dissolve will
be unionised/summarised into a single multi geometry.
The grouped attributes of the features which become aggregated by dissolve can
be summarised or described using a variety of aggregate functions. E.g Sum,
Min, Max ...
