Not sure. I haven't really thought it about it yet and don't know all of the style-related code well enough yet. I guess it depends on whether the module is best seen as the place to go for all things style-related, in which case it might include the org.geotools.style classes presently in main, or whether it is for housing those classes that you expect users to regularly make direct reference to in their code like the builder ?
