It uses the GTXML infrastructure; so the object is encoded onto an writer. If
you dive into the code you may be able to ask it to encode into a string buffer
of some sort ...
If so it would be great to make it a logging option .. however some content
will be massive in size and not suitable for logging in this manner ...
