A quick documentation follow up to issues working with git svn or github.
Justin asks that we treat these as a normal RnD branch (just using different
technology). As such I have updated the following wiki page:

I have added information on gitconfig problem/solution to that page; could I
ask you to review when you have a moment.
I listed all the github copies of geotools I could find on that page; I know
github calls them a "fork" but for now I will stick with the word copy.
