here.

For today I will commit your code via USB stick and create the module etc; and 
when you have the paperwork reply to this email and we can turn on commit 
access.

And thanks for taking part in the GeoTools project (oh and no need to make a 
wiki page as you already have lots of links showing the direction / idea ).
