WebMapServer client doesn't currently support secured WMS's. This task is about
enabling username/password basic HTTP authentication.
It may require/be easier to change the http request execution call in the
AbstractOpenWebService superclass to use Apache's common http client and hence
also enable the use of persistent http connections in one shot.
