The InsertSourceTag utility is in the build/maven/javadoc module. It is used to
add and/or fix the custom @source taglet which inserts module and jar info in
the class javadocs.
At the moment it skips any classes that lack a header javadoc block. Add an
option to insert a block containing the source taglet.
