Better method of inserting module and jar info into class javadocs
------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOT-3868
                 URL: https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-3868
             Project: GeoTools
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: admin
            Reporter: Michael Bedward
            Assignee: Michael Bedward
             Fix For: 2.7.3, 8.0-M2

The @source taglet requires that a source file path be present, correct and on
the same line. This is proving to be a source of trivial but repeated
maintenance. It would be better to insert the module and jar info into each
class's javadocs in some other way.
