I am not sure I understand it right.
I jgrasstools you should be able to access directly to geotools
process functions and use them.
I.e. here [0] you can find a jgrasstools module executed in the geotools world.
Is that what you are asking for?
Or the inverse? Geotools modules executed in the jgrasstools world?

Can you expand on this?
