We got it some time ago in another test using the same dataset.
It's a file system iteration order dependency that was introduced when the
processes were ported
back to GeoTools, the code assumes the first feature type returned by the
store list of types
will always be "bugsites", but in fact that's not true, it depends on what
order the property files are
listed, which is file system and file creation order dependent

Should be fixed now
