getNames returned names lack a namespace

The getNames() call is currently handled by the AbstractDataStore. The
comments of this function clearly state that namespace is not included in the
names returned. I've created a patch that simply creates NameImpl's in the
same manner but with the provision of the PropertyDataStore's namespace. When
the namespace is null, the result is the same as pre-patch.
Patch tested against GeoTools trunk, and GeoServer trunk.
