Okay I made it very close to releasing uDig against the previous 8.0-M3
release.
However I got held up on one bug (https://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-3968)
which Gabriel and I managed to fix last night.
With that in mind I would like to issue a quick 8.0-M4 release; rather than the
scheduled 8.0-RC.
I would still like to plan for the 8.0-RC as we have accomplished all our goals
for the this geotools cycle; indeed it has been one of our most productive
releases going.
