Andrea has applied some fixes on trunk that didn't help (r38725, r38740 and
r38741 ).
Basically, my situation was that I was unable to create a build due to the H2
DataStore failing to build.
The particular test failing was H2EmptyTestSetup. Run in isolation it was fine.
When run with other H2 tests it would fail.
The supplied patch rectifies the situation in my environment.
