Hum, the jar collector afaik was there to be able to have all the jars a
module needs in
the target output directory so that it's possible to run it from command
line easily,
but wondering:
- if it has any other role in our build system
- if we still need it today

Maintaining our own maven plugin is an extra chore, if we lack a tangible
benefit out
of it I'd suggest to just drop it
