Description:

Unable to work with SLD files generated from QGIS.
To reproduced using QGIS:
1. natural earth quickstart dataset
2. qgis "new symbology" styles from under dark (thanks!)
3. Using the 10m_rivers_lake_centerlines_scale_ranks layer
4. export to SLD
The resulting file (attached) takes the form:
