The SLD xsd schema refers that: "An OnlineResource is typically used to refer to an HTTP URL." But the GeoTools handles it as an URI producing various exception when some one try to pass an SLD containing an URL OnlineResource.
I know that the standard maps it to anyURI but if we want to preserve the GeoServer charts extension functionality to work using rest we need to do some changes at the code otherwise it is impossible to use this functionality via REST.
My solution try to preserve the standard and to use an URL encoded, in this way it is possible to use rest services passing an encoded URL OnlineResource.
