Currently the @DescribeParameter annotation doesn't support a title field.
Instead, the AnnotationDrivenProcessFactory copies the parameter name to
the title field of the org.geotools.data.Parameter class.
Is there any objection to adding a title field to the annotation? It could
have a default value of null, which allows using the name if no title is
present - thus making this non-breaking. (Or is it better to use some
obvious non-null value?)
(I filed a ticket on this a little while back:
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOT-4210.)
