Yep, I can do that but there's a problem which I think we might have
discussed before...

I'm fairly sure that maven central rules preclude having other
repositories referenced in the pom. GeoTools has java.net,
geosolutions and osgeo specified.  Deploying GeoTools to central would
require the dependencies from those external repos to be published to
central first.

Some time ago there was an effort to move all java.net contents to
central so that one might be ok already.
