I wonder if this has anything to do with me emptying out the svn committer
group when we swiched to git... looking at the docs that Frank sent it
seems the accounts are shared via LDAP. That said I am still unable to
connect to the server via a webdav connection.
Anyways, i restored both Jody and Andrea (i don't know Daniele's osgeo id)
just in case.
Also we could just use the opengeo maven repo for now as the primary. I can
easily set up accounts for whoever needs them as well in order to publish
any other dependencies like imageio-ext. Just let me know.
