Source forge does not have the release artefacts yet (I was going to download
and confirm that the source download actually compiles):

I have deployed the remaining -Dall modules to maven.
We are leaving http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/993 open as Daniele is still
unable to deploy.
